FAQs

Throughout the Bible, God’s people have prayed and fasted for breakthrough and to connect more with God and disconnect with the world. Jesus taught his disciples to do the same. We’re tithing the first part of our year as a church family and giving it over to God, making space for Him to speak into our lives and into our community. We’re excited for what’s going to happen!
-
Yes! We’re encouraging the whole church to join in with these 21 days of prayer and fasting. Sunday Kids and Youth Church will be focussed around practical aspects of prayer and we’ve created some helpful resources to help you pray together as a family at home during the week.

We’ve got loads of resources and events but we know it can all seem a bit daunting if you’re new to prayer or fasting. Why not start with committing to spend 5 minutes, 3 times per day to praying for 5 people or situations and fasting one meal per day? If you’d like more ideas, check out the resources section above.
